picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p><\/p><p>O projeto de pesquisa com aplica\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica denominado LabCim \u2013 Laborat\u00f3rio de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Inova\u00e7\u00f5es na Gest\u00e3o P\u00fablica do CIM: Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica para Desenvolvimento de Projetos Especiais \u2013CIM \/ UFMA objetiva construir conhecimento ao munic\u00edpios consorciados no \u00e2mbito da Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica e Cient\u00edfica entre a UFMA e o CIM visando o interc\u00e2mbio, elabora\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolvimento e execu\u00e7\u00e3o programas, projetos e a\u00e7\u00f5es, bem como de atividades de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, pesquisa e extens\u00e3o.<\/p><p><strong>\u00c1REA DE ATUA\u00c7\u00c3O &#8211; LABCIM<\/strong><\/p><p>A forma\u00e7\u00e3o e aprimoramento de servidores p\u00fablicos municipais e a resid\u00eancia em projetos.<\/p><p>Com o foco na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de conhecimento acerca da gest\u00e3o p\u00fablica e a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos em diferentes perspectivas formativas \u2013 associando pesquisa, ensino, extens\u00e3o e inova\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 os resultados esperados podem ser quantificados da seguinte forma:<\/p><ul><li>Nuclea\u00e7\u00e3o de 10 residentes \u2013 que ser\u00e3o capacitados em metodologias de aprender fazendo, com a imers\u00e3o nas rotinas e atividades do LabCIM.<\/li><li>Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de 1.200 servidores e gestores municipais em 12 meses de atividade e nas \u00e1reas de compet\u00eancia do projeto.<\/li><li>Forma\u00e7\u00e3o complementar de 6 bolsistas mestrandos e doutorandos da UFMA, para suporte \u00e0s atividades do CIM.<\/li><\/ul><p><p class=\"responsive-video-wrap clr\"><iframe
